Eagle Rising is a jacket made by the Swedish brand Indigofera. It's the perfect garment to wear as a jacket during spring/summer and as a layering garment during autumn/winter. The jacket has two chest pockets and two hand-warmer pockets.
This version of Eagle Rising is sewn in a 14 oz Japanese double indigo selvage denim fabric, meaning that both the warp and the weft is indigo dyed giving the fabric a deep shade of blue. The fabric has a great texture thanks to the slubby yarn that has been used, which will result in a lively fade after some time of use.
The fabric literally smells like indigo and with time and lots of wear the white core of the threads will start to show when the indigo wears out, leaving a fabric that will tell the story of it's wearer in the most beautiful way! But beware, it will bleed a lot before it's been washed a couple of times so if you are wearing white underneath it it will turn blue and the same goes for resting in a white couch.
The fabric in this jacket in un-sanforized, which means that it will shrink when it is washed for the first time so make sure to size up!
