Vintage Original 1940s WWll 10 Button USN Wool Pea Coat

This is a great vintage example of a timeless icon. The traditional wool coat worn by the US Navy during world war two. It has a classic cut which has been appreciated for decades thanks to the combination of great protection from the elements in a well dressed way!

The jacket can be buttoned both ways depending on which direction the wind blows, a detail that could be crucial if you spent your days on the cold north Atlantic sea. 

This is an original vintage jacket from the middle of the last century. It's in great condition for it's age. The only notable is that the edges on some of the button holes are a bit frayed and might need to be repaired in the future. 

The jacket has no size marking but we estimate it to be a size S or 38. Please see our measurements below to get a better estimate of the size.
