The C-1 Emergency Sustenance vest is made to carry all necessities one could need in an emergency situation. The vest has numerous labeled pockets intended for rations, survival gear, and first aid items. It has a leather holster at the back. I buttons in front and ties with twill tape at the back, a smart way for easy adjustment of the size.
The vest was used by the US Air force during WWII, the Korean War, and for a short time during the Vietnam War.
This vest is a vintage one from the 50's and time has left its mark on it. It is worn and has some holes that may need to be taken cared of.
