for a few years now, indigofera has been making ponchos from a very beautiful fabric woven by the Japanese mill Nihon Menpu known for weaving some of the finest denim fabrics today. This fabric is woven on old narrow looms and it is made of a cotton / wool mix that has been dyed with indigo and woven with an uneven striped pattern.
This fabric is really something extra and very unique. and we are happy that Indigofera for the first time has chosen to make a jacket in it instead of just ponchos as before!
Conway has two expandable front pockets and concha metal buttons. The jacket runs big in size so make sure to check the measurements for correct size.
Because the material has an uneven structure and stripe, each jacket will look completely unique and since it is dyed with indigo, we can only imagine how beautiful it will become after years of use!
