This is a Second Hand LVC jacket and it is a reproduction of the so called type 3 denim jacket and it is definitely part of the most iconic denim jackets ever made! The style was first made by Levi's back in 1962. It succeeded the previous model known as the 507 xx (Type 2) and the new jacket was cut in a more contemporary design showing that this jacket was not intended to be worn as a workers garment but rather a casual everyday jacket.
Ever since 1962, this model of jacket has been associated with Levi's and although the fit and other details have changed over the years, it is more or less the same jacket that Levi's makes today.
This jacket is second hand and has been worn by its previous owners from brand new raw and unwashed to this finely worn stage! The jacket has now damages and will look even better if worn for another decade.
