Past events: Obbi Good Label popup 13/9
This Wednesday we had the honor of a visit from Obbi Good Label! Johnny, James and their friend Damien had flown all the way from Singapore to show us and our visitors their work, and we had a very nice evening together. We want to thank everyone who came and joined us! We decided to keep a selection of items for our store when they left, and you find them here.
Obbi good label is a small company with three full-time employees. All of their goods are hand-made in their workshop, which is connected to their store in a similar way of ours! Company owner Johnny also works with producing their wares and had brought a mini leather workshop with him, which he set up next to our sewing machines.
Johnny had prepared three card-wallets and stitched them by hand during the day, while answering questions and chatting. In the evening we came up with a little game that consisted of a bottle-opener and a piece of string, and three of the participants won a card wallet each!

All in all, we had a great time and when the evening turned into night we locked up and strolled across the street to the restaurant Bleck to have a late dinner, followed by a stroll back, unlocking the store and packing up the popup-shop because Johnny and James were leaving for Munich and Statement Store the morning after. A big thanks to Obbi good label for the visit and to everyone who came to share the day with us!
