Shipping: Terms & Conditions

We ship worldwide!

Please note that you might have to pay customs or import taxes for orders shipped outside of the EU, these will be collected by UPS prior to delivery. So make sure to check with your local customs office before ordering. 

If you do not accept or collect your delivery the parcel will be returned to us by UPS. In this case, we will deduct the cost of the return as well as the original shipping cost from your refund. The amount varies depending on your location.

Your order is shipped within 1-3 days with the exception of weekends, Mondays and holidays! Shipping time varies from 1 to 10 days depending on where you live. We use UPS as our shipping company and if you live in Sweden, you also have the option of having your package sent by PostNord Rek (for orders above 500 SEK) or PostNord Varubrev (for orders below 500 SEK). Please keep in mind that goods sent with PostNord Varubrev will be untraceable. Second Sunrise will not be responsible for lost packaged sent with this shipping option.


We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You have the option to choose your desired currency.

We also accept Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Pay Later and Klarna Slice It for residents living in Sweden, Austria, Finland, Germany or the Netherlands

PostNord Varubrev – 59 SEK 
(Only for orders under 500 SEK)
UPS – 85 SEK
PostNord Rek – 120 SEK

Europe – 150 SEK

Oceania – 450 SEK 

Rest of the world – 300 SEK

If you live in Sweden you have the option to choose "Pick up in store" when checking out, and in that case we won't charge a shipping fee. Just remember to bring your id-card when you come to pick up your order. 

Of course you have the right to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations, however this must be done within 14 days after you have received the goods. You are welcome to have any item refunded or exchanged for another size or product. In case of a refund, the item must be returned to us before we refund the money. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

You are welcome to return all products, including items on sale and second-hand goods, with the exception of goods we have altered for you (such as hemmed jeans and chinos for example).

Returned products must be in in the same condition as when they left the store, with original hang tags intact.

If your return is sent from outside EU, please send us an email with information about what will be returned and your order number. With this information, we can ensure that your return don't get stuck with customs for longer than necessary.

Please note that it is important that you use the following address for your return. It is especially important that Blue Highway Clothing AB is the recipient, and not our store name.

Make sure to add our e-mail address to the shipment to make sure we get notified when it is time to pick it up at our local pick-up place!

In case of exchanging a product for another

If you would like to make an exchange, it's important that you e-mail us in order for us to lay your chosen product aside while we wait for the returned product to reach us. Please note that in the case of a change we will need to charge you for shipping once again.
