TCB Jeans Pre-Shrunk 505 Jeans One Wash Black

TCB is a Japanese brand inspired by fits and materials from the past and they strive to reproduce those iconic garments as closely as possible.

This pair of jeans are inspired by the model known as 505 made by Levi's in the 60/70's. Made with a sturdy Talon zipper and Japanese selvage fabric loomed to be as close to the fabrics specs from that time as possible.

This version comes in a 12oz black sanforized selvedge denim. TCB has used black yarns for both the warps and the wefts. The fabric is mainly made out of American cotton and the yarn  is sulfur dyed/rope dyed. This will produce vintage like vertical fades. The sanforization is done just like with the original 505's.


TCB produces their garment in there own factory and the combination of great knowledge when it comes to vintage garment and a collection of old vintage machines makes these a great pair of jeans in every detail. 

Dan is 188 cm tall, weigh 84 kilos and wears a size W34.

Hemming is always included when you purchase a pair of jeans from us! Give us a comment during check out and we will shorten them before we send them. Keep in mind that you won't be able to return the jeans if we alter the length for you.

For hemming, we'll use a vintage Union Special chain stitch sewing machine, to match the original seam of the jeans.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. The thigh measurements are taken 10 centimeters down from the crotch straight across the pant leg.
