OrSlow 9029 Hippie's Reversible Denim Vest (Unisex)

Since 2005 OrSlow has made clothes in Japan that are inspired by vintage garments. Rather than straight reproductions, they focus on interpreting the past through a modern lens with emphasis on quality construction, comfort and timeless style. 

This vest is more or less OrSlow's version of a vintage vest created by Levis in the 60's. We actually sold an original a few years back and you cana see it here.

The vest was originally created by Levis at a time when many of their garments was designed to suit both women and men and we're happy to see that OrSlow has found inspiration from this era. The name Hippie's vest most likely comes from the fact that the original was popular in the 60s and one can imagine that the occasional visitor to Woodstock festival in 1969 wore this type of vest.

Made of a beautiful denim fabric on one side and a great looking checked fabric on the other. Both sides has two pockets each and the vest closes using a leather string. 

Norma measures 167 cm tall. Her waist measures 66 cm, hips 82 cm and seat 97 cm and wears size 1.

Johan is 173 cm tall, weigh 67 kilos and wears a size 1.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
