Refund policy
Of course you have the rights to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations, however this must be done within 14 days after you have received the goods. You are welcome to have any item it refunded or exchanged for another size or product. In case of a refund, the item must be returned to us before we refund the money. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you do not accept or collect your delivery the parcel will be returned to us by UPS. In this case, we will deduct the cost of the return as well as the original shipping cost from your refund. The amount varies depending on your location.
Returned products must be in in the same condition as when they left the store, with original hang tags intact.

If you need to make an exchange, please make a return as described above and place a new order. This way you will receive the correct item / items in the fastest way and it will make any future exchanges easier if necessary.
