Refund policy
Of course you have the right to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations, however your return shipment must be sent within 14 days after you have received the goods. You are welcome to have any item refunded or exchanged for another size. In case of a refund, the item must be returned to us before we refund the money. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
You are welcome to return all products, including items on sale and second-hand goods, with the exception of goods we have altered for you (such as hemmed jeans and chinos for example).
Returned products must be in in the same condition as when they left the store, with original hang tags intact.
If your return is sent from outside EU, please send us an email with information about what will be returned and your order number. With this information, we can ensure that your return don't get stuck with customs for longer than necessary.
Please note that it is important that you use the following address for your return. It is especially important that Blue Highway Clothing AB is the recipient, and not our store name.

Make sure to add our e-mail address info@secondsunrise.se to the shipment to make sure we get notified when it is time to pick it up at our local pick-up place!
If you are able to choose pick up point, please select Hemköp Skanstull only.
If you need to make an exchange, please make a return as described above and place a new order. This way you will receive the correct item / items in the fastest way and it will make any future exchanges easier if necessary.
