This is Buzz Rickson's version of the sturdy utility shirt made for the US Army in the 50/60s. This iconic shirt was part of the OG-107 basic work utility uniform introduced in 1952 succeeding the M1943 Uniform. The name comes from U.S. Army's coloring code for "Olive Green 107". The OG-107 uniform remaind in service until its discontinuation in 1989.
The shirt is intended to be comfortable and easy to wear with it's boxy fit and two large front pockets. The length of the shirt is perfect to wear both tucked in and outside the trousers. The shape of the shirt as well as the sturdy all cotton sateen makes it a wonderful garment, it has all the qualities that make it qualify as a favorite in our wardrobes. The best thing is that it only gets better over the years and with it's minimal and functional design it's hard to get tired of it.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
