The Levi's type three jacket, also known as "the trucker jacket" was first introduced in 1962 as a modern style denim jacket. The design has proven to stand the test of time and to this day it's still the most iconic denim jacket made by Levi's.
This particular jacket is a vintage one produced in between 69-71. Those are the last jackets produced with a capital E on the red tab, referring to the so called big E era.
This jacket has seen many of days of use and it's visible that it has been loved by the previous owner or owners. The jacket is faded to perfection and has been patched on both sleeves. On the left chest one can also see that a round patch has been removed, leaving a darker shade of indigo.
