Here's a rugged Sashiko Wabash jacket from Indonesian brand NBDN. The dotted wabashpattern had the practical function back in the days of making the garments wearer stand out in a crowd or against a background, making wabash fabric a favorite amongst laborers and railroad workers. This might also be the reason why dotted fabric was commonly used in making clothing for children back in the late 19th century and early 20th century.
This jacket type two blouse jacket with a twist got both cinch back and size adjuster buckles for the waist. It also got a non hidden rivet on the the right side open pocket.
The shirt is second hand but in a good as new condition.
