Second hand Real McCoy's Style 37J1B A. Zielinski Co. Flight Jacket Khaki Size 46

This is a second hand Real McCoy's jacket. The model is a 37J1B A. Zielinski Co. Flight Jacket and it was issued to be used by the US navy as a summer flight jacket. The original jacket was produced between 1936 and 1939 and to find an original one is super rare. Therefore we're very happy to have this very well made reproduction in the store.

A 100% cotton khaki whipcord/jungle cloth is used for the shell and a thinner cotton fabric is used for the lining. The jacket is closed with a is a nickel plated brass Talon zipper with a riveted jungle cloth zipper pull. For keeping warmth better, the jacket's got wool knit collar, cuffs and waistband. For keeping cool, the jacket's got underarm ventilation grommets. A nice detail is the low placed pockets with inverted pleats which makes the pockets roomier but still giving a flat silhouette. A leather patch on the front and stencils on both front and back gives the garment a nice vintage feel. All details are beautifully reproduced to original specifications, making this jacket a really nice piece.

The jacket is second hand but in good condition. It's got small stains on some places and tiny holes on the waistband and left cuff. See pictures for details.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
