Eastman Leather Clothing U.S. Navy Wool Sweater

This classic U.S. Navy sweater was worn by seamen of all ranks back in the 40's. With it's trim cut, medium-weight knit and Navy colour and simple classic design this sweater has proven to stand the test of time and if you are looking for a classic wool sweater to keep you warm and stylish you simply can't go wrong with this one!

The Eastman reproduction is made to the correct military specifications of the original ones, and is constructed from 100% worsted wool. To emulate the essence of the original Eastman have reproduced the famous Naval Clothing Factory label located on the inside of the neck, which has been made on vintage shuttle looms with a printed cotton label for the size underneath, just as the originals were made back in the 40's.

The collar and the cuffs are also made as the original ones, knitted in a tighter gauge and attached to the body separately.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
