Indigofera Gunnar Vest Gunpowder Black

Gunnar is a vest made by the Swedish brand Indigofera in collaboration with the German store Burg und Schild in Berlin. The vest is designed to be a modern biker vest inspired by functional garments from the past.

The fabric used is a black 14oz Japanese selvage woven at the mill Nihon Menpu in Japan. Imagine a black denim fabric that would age in the same way as a pair of raw blue jeans! The Gunpowder fabric is made to do just that. The stiffness of the fabric breaks in when worn, and becomes more personal the more it is used, showing traces of what you and your vest has experienced together.
