Indigofera Roslyn Women's Jeans Vintage 70's Selvage Denim Rinsed

Roslyn is finally here! and we are so happy that Indigofera has made these women's jeans. They find their inspiration in the iconic women's 701 jeans made by Levi's in the 40's and 50's. A fit loved by actress Norma Jean also known as Marilyn Monroe among others.

In our collection we have an old vintage original Levi's 701 from the 50's and we lent these to Indigofera because we wanted to see how they could make their own interpretation of these and now finally we have seen the result of their work. With a high waist, made in 100% cotton and cut with a curve that gives room for hips and seat without a gape at the waist.

Roslyn manages to captures what we appreciate about classic vintage fits perfectly. With a high waist that goes to the actual waist. It's narrow at the waist and and gets more loose from the hips and over the seat for a comfortable fit that will be comfortable and stylish. 

This fabric is called Vintage 70's Denim and is a 14 oz denim fabric woven in Japan. It's inspired by the denim fabrics often used during the late 60's and early 70's. Instead of burning the excessive cotton fibers showing on the fabrics surface, they're left as they come. It gives a most beautiful structure and character to the garment and oozes vintage vibes for days!

Hemming is always included when you purchase a pair of jeans from us! Give us a comment during check out and we will shorten them before we send them. Keep in mind that you won't be able to return the jeans if we alter the length for you.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface when buttoned on the tightest of the two buttons. The thigh measurements are taken 10 centimeters down from the crotch straight across the pant leg. The hips is measured 15 cm down from the waist straight across.
