He has been in our lives as long as the store and has always been a great friend with a big heart. If you have spent time with us, you have most likely met our tall friend Niklas Betan and then you probably know just like us what a great person he is!

As number three in the line of our friends who have made collaborations with Indigofera this autumn, we are happy to present “The last endless summer tee”

Free hand drawn with dip pen, remembering the last endless summer you had with your friends building stuff of what you found in the shed. You did not know at the time this was the last summer when fantasy and childhood would rule your world.
Niklas “Betan” Jönsson re-lives that summer creating this piece of art for Indigofera while the sound-track of Swedish prog rock band Solen Skiner (Vissla I mörker), Vildkaktus (Vindarnas Vägar), Stenblomma (Alla träd har samma rot), Sven Wunder (Eastern Flowers) is playing.

Supima cotton in a fabric that is thick, yet feels cool to the touch due to the long cotton fibres used.

Supima cotton is a word comprised of "superior" and "Pima". Pima is a variety of cotton that has extra long fibers, and Supima is a non-profit organization from the US who promote North American grown cotton.

So what does extra long cotton fibers do to the finished product? In order to make a fabric the cotton fibers are first spun, causing them to twist around each other to form a thread and the longer fibers that are used, the stronger the thread is. A cotton fiber that is longer than the industry average fibre is the basic and most important ingredient in the creation of a long-lasting garment, as it replicates the raw material used to make garments before fast fashion was a thing.
