This overall is made in Japan by Warehouse & Co. Warehouse is known for making some of the best vintage replica garments in the world and their attention to details when it comes to material and manufacturing techniques makes it hard to tell the difference if you compare a Warehouse garment with an actual vintage piece. Here is a garment you do not see every day and finding a vintage original would be more or less impossible today. Warehouse has recreated low-back style overall from the late 1800 to the 1910th, from a time when workwear was simpler in construction and with time period details such as a single back pocket, split back waist, detachable buckles for the braces and a so-called candle pocket at the side of the thigh. This pocket is smaller than a pocket for a folding rule but it also fits even if it will be a tight fit to start with. All sewing is made using a lockstitch machine on these as they reflect a time before the chain stitch machine was used in the clothing industry.
Combine it with the Warehouse Sack Coat as a matching outfit inspired by the very early days of American denim work wear.
Douglas is 180 cm tall, weigh 89 kilos and wears a size W36.
Hemming is always included when you purchase a pair of jeans from us! Give us a comment during check out and we will shorten them before we send them. Keep in mind that you won't be able to return the overall if we alter the length for you.
