Since 2005 OrSlow has made clothes in Japan that are inspired by vintage garments. Rather than straight reproductions, they focus on interpreting the past through a modern lens with emphasis on quality construction, comfort and timeless style.
This is OrSlows version of the iconic hat known as a Daisy Mae. The denim Daisy Mae was worn by the US-Army as a field hat in the 30s and was part of the all denim outfit issued in that time. OrSlow made this with a nice twist with a super wide brim. Perfect for keeping the sun out of sight during the sunny months of the year.
