This is a Second Hand pair of Sugar Cane 2009 Model in size W31. They have been used and signs of this can be found. The condition is still very good and these will last many more years.

Sugar Cane & Co. is a Japanese brand focusing on reconstructing the early days of vintage workwear history. The brand has roots that goes back to the 1950's but it wasn't until the late 1980's that Sugar Cane started building the reputation for being one of the best denim makers in Japan. It is a reputation they still deserve!

This fit is called 2009 and it's Sugar Cane's way of creating a pair of contemporary jeans inspired by the history of denim. It's got a low waist and a straight but slim leg. The width is right between 1947 and 2014. A perfect fit if you're looking for a timeless yet modern silhouette. Vintage details such as button fly and hidden rivets adds to the vintage vibes on this beautiful fit.

The fabric is a Japanese pink-line 12 oz denim that has been washed once, so you don't need to worry about shrinkage when you wash them for the first time. When worn for years this jean will look almost identical with a pair of vintage, well used jeans!

Hemming is always included when you purchase a pair of jeans from us! Give us a comment during check out and we will shorten them before we send them. Keep in mind that you won't be able to return the jeans if we alter the length for you. For hemming, we'll use a vintage Union Special chain stitch sewing machine, to match the original seam of the jeans.
