Sugar Cane is a Japanese brand focusing on reconstructing the early days of vintage workwear history. The brand has roots that goes back to the 1950's but it wasn't until the late 80's that Sugar Cane started building the reputation for being one of the best denim makers in Japan. It is a well earned reputation they still deserve!
With this beautiful moleskin work shirt Sugar Cane & Co brings back a true iconic garment produced by the notorious and legendary American work wear manufacturer known as Headlight. The brand was founded in the 19th century and remained in business up until the 60s but are still today known for manufacturing some of the finest work wear garments, mainly associated with railroad workers.
This heavy weight moleskin shirt was introduced by Headlight back in the 40s and could bee seen as a part of the Headlight catalog up until the 50s. It appears to have been a shirt intended to be used for the military and with its thick and warming fabric and few but well chosen details it still remains a great functional shirt in modern times.
Johan is 173 cm tall with a weigh of 67 kilos and wears a size Small.
