TCB Jeans Ranch Denim Shirt / Sawtooth Western

TCB is a Japanese brand inspired by fits and materials from the past and they strive to reproduce those iconic garments as closely as possible.

This is TCB's version of the most iconic western style denim shirt. First manufactured by Levi's back in the 50's. The name "Sawtooth" refers to the shape of the pockets. 

TCB makes their version out of a 8,5 oz cotton denim fabric, recreated to resemble the original vintage material as close as possible. The cotton used in these are grown in California and later spuned, dyed in Japan. Then woven on vintage looms with a very slow tempo, providing a beautiful and natural unevenness to the fabric that looks like and feels like vintage garments from the past. With time this fabric will age like vintage shirts and look its best when worn for many years. 

Hampus is 177 cm tall with a weight of 71 kilos and wears a size 38.

Norma is wearing a size 34 and measures 167 cm tall.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. Width is measured straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
