TCB Jeans Viktor’s Voice Logwood Brown Denim Jeans

TCB is a Japanese brand inspired by fits and materials from the past and they strive to reproduce those iconic garments as closely as possible.

These jeans are part of TCB's collaboration with Viktor Fredbäck! We are extra happy to be able to present these garments to you as Viktor is a dear friend to us here at Second Sunrise.

Viktor Fredbäck is a great collector of vintage denim and has over 400 pairs of jeans in his collection. Together with Second Sunrise store owner Douglas, Viktor has been in the old abandoned gold mines in the Nevada desert, digging for denim used by the miners. Can you believe that they found parts of jeans that's over 100 years old in there!

These jeans are inspired by a pair of Olympic jeans in Viktors vintage denim collection. The Olympic brand was a sub label to Levi's back in the days. To make the reproduction as perfect as possible, TCB ended up using EMOT cotton, a blend of East Memphis, New Orleans, and Texas cotton. It is finished with pima cotton that gives the fabric a creamy brown tinge.
The logwood dye technique is used to get the right color. Logwood is a tree native to the West Indies and South America.

The linen patch is made to replicate vintage garments. As you wear it it will probably wear of, just as it did back in the days.

Douglas is 180 cm tall with a weigh of 84 kilos and wears a size W34.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. The thigh measurements are taken 10 centimeters down from the crotch straight across the pant leg.
