Tenable Crafts Cuttlefish Cast Concho Silver Ring #141
This ring is all hand made by Tenable Crafts in Southern Sweden. These products are one-offs and all made by Hampus Luhanko who draws inspiration from different cultures and time periods, depending on what speaks to him at the moment.
This ring is inspired by Native American jewelry from the so-called "Fred Harvey era" dating back to the early 20th century. The ring is casted using cuttlefish an ancient crafts technique that goes back thousands of years. The cuttlebone has the ability to withstand high temperatures and is easy to carve making it a perfect material for small metal castings.
