Here is a nice example of a vintage American hunting jacket from the mid-20th century. In a time where the economy was blooming and people started to get more spare time, for outdoor activities and the leisure wear was becoming more popular. Hunting and fishing is just two activities that increased in popularity during this time.
This hunting jacket is manufactured by JC Higgins Sears Roebuck. Even if the jacket was designed to be worn when hunting it's functional design along with the durable cotton canvas fabric makes it a perfect jacket for everyday use.
The condition is good for it's age. Without any visible damage. Notable is that it has a stain in the game pocket that is visible both inside and outside on the back. Unfortunately, it does not come off in the wash.
