Vintage Dead Stock Levi's Big E White Slim Fit Pants
It's certainly not every day that we get a collection of unused vintage garments to the store. These are dead stock new with tags vintage Levi's Big E white slim fit jeans from the 60's. These pants is part of the well known Ivy League style that became popular in the Northwestern United States in the 1950's a style that originated on college campuses and also known as the predecessor of the preppy style.
Levis white was intended to be a unisex trousers and the fit was designed to work just as well on men and women and also follow the tapered fashion of the 60's.
These jeans are brand new dead stock new with tags and have been left as such for almost 60 years! The big E white tab tells us that these jeans was produced prior to 1971 when Levi's changed the text on the small tab on the pocket from capital leathers "LEVI'S" to "Levi's". According to legend to honor the first name of the founder Levi writing the name with only a capital L.
Please note that although the size of the jenas is W27 and W28, they are very small in size so make sure to see the size chart for exact dimensions!
