This is a vintage silver neckless with a playing card pendant. We are not certain about it's age but it looks hand made and quite old. The pendent is stamped with a 925 silver stamp and the ivory playing card appears to be made of bone with the red hearts of ten design is an inlay to the material.  

Measurements of the playing card: 23 mm high, 15 mm wide and 5 mm tack.
